As your Relationship Counsellor / Counsellor I will help you work through personal and emotional issues in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment. I offer you empathy, genuineness, wisdom and warmth. Clients come to see me from Coventry, Warwickshire and the West Midlands. Counselling can help with a wide range of issues, including:
- Relationship and/or marriage problems or issues.
- Divorce or separation or affairs.
- Communication difficulties.
- Self esteem and confidence building.
- Work related issues.
- Stress and/or anxiety.
I work with individuals and couples. I can help you to improve communication, develop an awareness and understanding of yourself and others, improve intimacy and achieve a sense of wellbeing and balance in your life and in your relationships. As a couple you may decide that you do not wish to continue with your relationship and in such instances I will work with you both to ensure an amicable separation particularly where children are involved.
Clients often seek counselling because they feel stuck, confused or unhappy with their lives. At times a client needs help with an inner conflict, which is having a detrimental effect on their life and their relationships. Counselling helps people to make sense of their thoughts and feelings and to move forward with a greater sense of wellbeing.
I offer clear professional boundaries and am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by the Ethical Framework for Good Practise in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am also a practising Relate Counsellor, Mediator, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Life Coach and this diversity of knowledge, skills and expertise enhances the services I provide to clients.
I am based in Coventry and see clients in a private, comfortable therapy room where there is off street parking. Each counselling session lasts a full hour and can be weekly or fortnightly to suit the client. Sessions may be by telephone if preferred.
The fee is just £55 per one hour session.
