I am a professionally qualified and experienced Mediator having extensively trained and worked in Community Mediation, Workplace Mediation and Disability Conciliation.  I am an active member of the Midlands Mediation Network.  I am also a professional Relationship Counsellor, CounsellorLife Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist; this rich diversity of skills, knowledge and expertise deeply enhances the mediation services I provide to clients.

Mediation is a skilled and principled intervention for resolving conflict in a fast and effective manner.  Conflict arises in all aspects of our lives and can have a detrimental effect on health and well-being.  Through the mediation process people are empowered to reach an understanding, resolution and/or agreement, enabling them to co-exist without further problems.

I mediate workplace conflicts, misunderstandings, grievance and disciplinary cases, tenant/ landlord complaints, service provider/service user complaints, conflict between couples or within the family and I specialise in complex and/or entrenched Community Mediation. I provide an assess-ment service in cases where the referring agency is unsure of the suitability of a case for mediation.

I have provided Mediation Services to individuals, Local Authorities, Registered Social Landlords and the Disability Conciliation Service across Coventry, Warwickshire and the West Midlands.  Prior to forming my own business I was Manager of a successful mediation service.

The fee is just £55 per hour.

"Mediation is a process in which an impartial third person (the Mediator) helps two or more disputants to work out how to resolve their conflict.  The disputants, not the mediator, decide the terms of the agreement reached between them.  The process is confidential, future focused and aims to open up a channel of communication."
