Life coaching focuses on the here and now rather than on the past, it helps you to take control of your life and develop practical ways to transform it.  Over the years, since qualifying as a Life Coach I have helped many people to achieve change in their lives. 

I am also a  Counsellor, Mediator and Clinical Hypnotherapist and this diversity of knowledge, skills and expertise enhances the services I provide to clients. 

I am based in Coventry and clients come to see me from Coventry, Warwickshire and the West Midlands.  I see clients in a private, comfortable room where there is off street parking. Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly and may be face to face or by telephone. Cost just £55 per one hour session.
