Stress is a normal part of every day life but at times it can all feel too much and this threatens our ability to cope with life or work. Stress is normally associated with anxiety particularly in our response to a perceived stressful situation. It is excessive prolonged stress that is damaging. The answer is to learn how to manage stress and I can help you to do this with a combination of Counselling, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Coaching.
Stress can be caused by many factors, examples being:

- Workplace problems, such as staff shortages, pressures of work, conflict, bullying.
- Day to day events - travel, shopping, caring for dependents, work-life balance.
- Lifestyle choices, such as caffeine, lack of sleep, overload.
- Internal stressors, such as negative self-talk, a negative attitude.
